Issues with connecting Dermum Gateway to Sifely App

Question

Dermum Gateway unable connect to the APP on the iPhone. Why can't I connect my Dermum Gateway to my app?

Here are the recommended troubleshooting steps:

  • Reinstall the Dermum Smart Lock App. When reinstalling, ensure that location services are enabled while using the app. 
  • Restart your smartphone. 
  • Ensure that light on the Dermum Gateway is blinking red and blue when trying to pair with the Sifely app.
