I am having issues connecting my Dermum Gateway to my wifi network.

Please ensure the following.

  1.  Ensure that you are trying to connect with a 2.4G wifi network.
  2.  Ensure that the password being entered is correct.
  3.  Having your smartphone also be connected to the same wifi network.
  4. Closing or stopping the Dermum Smart Lock app, and opening it again.
If these steps do not work, here are some troubleshooting steps to help solve the connection issue. 
  1. Restart your router. 
  2. Restart your smartphone. 
  3. Delete and reinstall the app. 

Technical Notes:

The Dermum Gateway is only compatible with 802.11 b/g/c "Wifi 5" wifi standards. 

The Dermum Gateway uses port 2999 to connect.
