Gateway Is offline


My gateway went offline. Why is my gateway offline? 



Here are several factors that could be affecting it: 

  • Unstable wifi connection.
    • Check if other devices connected to same wifi network are still working. 
  • Power outage in area. 
  • Gateway unplugged. 

Here are the recommended troubleshooting steps:

  • Disconnect Dermum Gateway from power outlet.
  • Wait 5 minutes.
  • Check online/offline status within app. Check which color light the gateway is blinking?
