Charging Dermum S Lock

Question

Can you charge the Dermum S Lock/ Latch Lock? I am charging my lock and it the battery level is not changing. 

Answer

Our lock does not have an internal rechargeable battery. If the battery is low, the 4 AA batteries will need to be changed. 

The charge port/slot on the underside on the keypad is for back up power to power up the lock to be able to enter and change the batteries.
